At the end of the challenge all of the participants will be required to submit their before and after shots (all of this is private and will not be shown anywhere unless the participant allows).

I feel taken care of and I found a new friend too. So ya do have the time because I do too! I’m very grateful for Rayanne and her awesome home gym and I am never leaving!

I had never belonged to a gym before and at the age of 55 with a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia, I knew that if I didn’t start moving now I was going to be in big trouble soon. I was self-conscious about joining a gym and felt working with a personal trainer would be the best place to start. Rayanne was my Personal Trainer. She developed a program that worked for me and within one month I began to notice that I was able to do things that I didn’t think I would ever be able to do again. Wow, what a feeling that is!
Rayanne is very knowledgeable and if one technique isn’t working for me, she is able to develop a different approach to working that same muscle. I never feel like she is judging me on the days when I am not in my top form and she is always able to help me find the balance between a great workout and knowing my body’s limits. Rayanne is very personable and during our workout sessions we have great chats.
